Who Uses HGH Human Growth Hormone?

Many of us have heard talk of the benefits of taking HGH or Human Growth Hormone as it has recently become readily available to almost everyone, but as always, for many years before that there were many celebrities and athletes who have been taking HGH in order to stay young and beautiful, or to improve ability to continue intensive physical training. So who are these famous people?

Who Uses HGH?

Obviously we don’t have room here to list all the celebrities and sports people who have used HGH supplements, but this will hopefully allow you to see the benefits of this treatment as you can see for yourselves the way it has affected certain of your favorite people.

Although some of the celebrities mentioned have neither admitted nor denied using HGH supplements, all have been extensively linked to the hormone in the media in recent years.

In the music business perhaps the most famous case is that of Keith Richards, formerly one of the oldest looking 30 year olds in history due to his ‘demanding ‘musical career with the Rolling Stones. He is now almost looking his age again and if he has been using HGH it seems to be working. Timbaland, Mary J Blige, Wyclef Jean and 50 Cent have all been linked to the treatment.

On the silver screen perhaps the most noticeable proponent of human growth hormone, somewhat controversially, is Sylvester Stallone. For his recent Rambo film he felt that he needed to “buff up” and it was felt that at 61 he might not be able to pull off the action hero figure another time.

Whether you liked the film or not, I think it fair to say that Stallone was convincing and it wasn’t a painful wheeling out of an old actor to play a role he had outgrown. I only wish HGH was as readily available when they made the last few episodes of the A-Team as those were painfully depressing to watch. Steven Seagal is also supposedly an HGH advocate, although personally I don’t see the effects as much, perhaps time will tell.

Perhaps the most controversial usage of HGH has been by sports personalities as HGH use is now banned in practically all sports. The ban is now enforceable, as the previously difficult task of proving unnatural HGH as opposed to natural HGH levels is now possible using relatively simple blood tests.

Although HGH is not strictly speaking a steroid, it has attracted a very similar level of criticism as in general the effects on sporting abilities are somewhat similar. Santana Moss of the Washington Redskins was one sports personality that has been accused of HGH use. Probably the negative connotations of HGH use in sports most stem from it having been an untraceable or at least improvable alternative to steroids for so long, so its use seems somewhat underhand. No doubt it won’t be long before a new alternative comes to light, but such is the way that medical and sports technology progresses.

Who uses HGH? In the end it is not important exactly whom, as at least with all these famous celebrities being linked to HGH use, we have the chance to see the effects for ourselves if we are considering using HGH supplements in the future.
