Kevin Trudeau, the late night consumer advocate, has released a new book all about free money. In keeping with his secrets they don't want you to know about, he's called it "Free Money They Don't Want You To Know About"
He spends 30 minutes talking about all the free kinds of programs available to anyone that can help them get free money.
People are hurting for money these days and if a book can show them how to get some of it then you are probably going to listen.
Unemployment is already above 9% and bankruptcies and foreclosures are still climbing. People desperately need money to pay their bills and Kevin Trudeau is offering to spill the beans and tell you quick and easy ways you can get your share of free government money.
It is true there are free government programs and grants where you can qualify for free money. You just have to know about them and which forms to fill out.
One place you can start is www.grants.gov, this is the free government grant site. Spend a couple hours searching through all the programs and see if you qualify for anything before you spend money on KT's book.
You can also get free money from unclaimed money sources that you may have forgotten about.
As I was writing this hub, I went to the Texas unclaimed funds site and found out that I was actually owed $14.16 from my old college. Woohoo! Free money!
To find out if you are owed any free money you can type in your state and "unclaimed funds" or "unclaimed money." You should not have to pay for access to these databases.
Avoid any site that charges you a fee to search and file a claim for any money due you.
So can the Free Money book help you? KT offers a stronger guarantee than I've seen in a while. If you do not have $500 coming to you within 30 days after reading the book and going to the places he advises you to, then you can return the book and get all your money back minus shipping and handling of course.
And you also get a copy of his previous personal finance book called Debt Cures. It has several mixed reviews. People said it had a lot of information that was freely available elsewhere.
But then again that could be said about a lot of books and a lot of the information that is out there. What makes the books worthwhile is that they did all the research and found all the sites and places to go and compiled them in one easy to access book. So it can save you time searching for all the free money sources.
And if you can get some free money with the sources he offers then of course the book will be worthwhile.
Kevin Trudeau also states in the infomercial he is not making a dime off the sales of the book. This may just be true because of the high cost of national TV advertising. He has tons of other books and products he can sell you and make money off of. He's going to try and sell you monthly newsletters and other books. So while he may not make any money selling the Free Money book, he will surely make some money somewhere by you buying something.
So if you are interested in buying KT's Free Money They Don't Want You To Know About book, call the number on the infomercial, order the book, decline all the extras and upsells and spend some time reading the book. Go to the sites he talks about and fill out the forms. Get yourself some free money. And if it doesn't work, send it back and get your money back.

I got the book, but it wont give you the places to apply, ypu a pay a lot of money for it, but is the same to the other books he was complaning about, give you the same ideas , and nothing else, do not waste your money, because after you get, and call them they ask you to buy more books, this is a scam

I have seen the informercial. I don't believe him one bit. Informercials are paid ads and with this, comes nothing for free, there is always something behind "free".
Kevin rips people off with the high shipping cost. The book cost only 30 dollars but I had to pay 20 dollars for standard and additional 10 bucks for rush order. Total is over 60 dollars for the books and shipping. Also I can only found 1 web site useful to get unclaimed money for less than one hundred dollars. I sent the form out but I'm not sure if that is my money. So I should have read his review beforehand.

I like KT and he does the research saving you hundreds of dollars if you had to start from scratch.
Look up Kevin Trudeau on Google and find he was in contempt of court (30 days in jail) on 2-10-2010 (Huffington Post and Wikipedia) but appealed and won. The Judges computer crashed due to attacks by massive emails sent to him by KT and his supporters the court found.
"Trudeau has been embroiled in a number of civil suits and misdemeanor and felony criminal cases. He was convicted of larceny and credit card fraud in the early 1990s, and in 1998 paid a $500,000 fine for making false or misleading claims in his infomercials. In 2004 he agreed to a lifetime ban on promoting products via infomercials, excluding his books, and paid a $2 million fine." and "In August 2008, he was fined more than $5 million[51] and banned from infomercials for three years for continuing to make fraudulent claims pertaining to the book. The amount of the monetary damages was later increased to $37 million." Wikipedia. He served a 2 year prison term for credit card fraud.
Now, he sells useless books to make money (probably to pay his victims from some of those infomercials. The FTC hates this guy. Freedom of speech is the only thing keeping him on TV.
He's nothing but a reformed scam artist that went to jail turned scam artist that is only worried about getting sued.

I just ordered Kevin's Book. Its all the money that I had. My last $35.00 and I just Truly hope that this works out, Im doing my college application right after this comment. There is No way possible that Kevin would get on T.V. with a scam. I believe its the truth. I know its the truth., It is a blessing to even be able to comment on this to a person that will help you out and doesn't even know you. I invested in one of his earlier publicatons and I owe no one.(credit cards). I followed his advice. Don't knock it until you try it!!!!!!(Always good advice).

If anyone wants to experiment with this book, it's only 3 or 4 bucks on e-bay anyway. That way, you avoid all the pushy sales agents and some crazy shipping fee. this way, you can realize that you are an idiot with much less pain to your wallet.
I just ordered this like 2 days ago. I haven't got it yet, but SURPRISE SURPRISE, my credit card number has been stolen and today a 597.12 charge from some company in Germany! WTF. DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!!!!!
i called to get the book the poeple on the answering service were verry rude and all they tried to do was sell me other things and when i denied they just transfered me to someone else who did the same thing. then once i fianlly gave in to a sales rep where i was supposed to get a magazing and the first month was free and then they start charging your card if you dont call them and cancle it. so after all that said and done im waiting for the book to come well i checked my bank account and they definently charged my card for $43.85 so now i am still waiting for the book and i have never recieved it. i wanted the book because i am living on my own working full time on minimun wage and still going to colleg full time. some money would be wonderfull right now but actually the opposite happened now im out $43.85 and i cant find a number anywhere to call them and get a hold of them to fix it. i rate the service -10
his book is all about how much money he can make selling you other info that you cant use. grants forget about it. its all a scam apply apply apply my foot ever time you apply it cost you 29.99 and you never hear back from them. him and the publisher should be a shame of them self.lying and taking poor folks hard earned money. all a fake. sorry people. beware of junk like this.
he talks about the government has grant programs to start up a new business, thats bull because they don't have no such programs. all a bunch of bull.now if you from a different country the government will open the wallet for you not americans. this also is not fair to the people who work hard learn a good trade, get a job pay taxes, then try to open a small business (the american dream) only to be kicked in the rear by our great government. i tell you not fair. then you have someone like this guy ripping people off with false hope.

Very easy process to order, but almost impossible to cancel. Tried calling the 800 number and it tells me that they are having tech problems and there is no way to cancel online. Think I will call my bank and cancel credit charges. Everything I read is everything I already knew!!!!
I would like to thank all of you for saving me from a big mistake that i can not afford. I was just about to order this book but remembered that my son taught me how to get reviews on line so thanks to all of you for your posts.
I did some checking on the net on grants and found it is impossible to get the grants he talks about. So far I have found that If we want $50,000 of grant money we have to match that with not federal money. Hell If I had $50,000 I would not need the grant. hahaha the man is a

like my dad said "If its too good to be true..." based on the reviews I think I'll pass...however as in ALL cases you can't wait for the boat to come in...you have to swim
I got the book cheaper at Sam's Club. I read it; then after the infomercial, I tried the sites suggested. They all want a fee of some sort to process your claim. Anywhere from $5.99 to $39.95. Still going through the process. That's how I got here.
